Stay somewhere else.

Grounds were filthy, the ground in front of our room was covered in gum, dirt, trash. Room next to ours was completely destroyed and visible, windows able to be looked into. Room floors were dirty, had to wash the kitchen floor with a wash rag. Room smelled musty. Outside was an hotspot of loud activities, cops patrolling the area. Overall, we didn’t stay in our room much. Beds were uncomfortable. Go somewhere else in Green Bay.

Our stay was good but we were not told that we have to get towels upon check in so we did not have any towels at all. The room is a little dusty and its obvious that the carpet was not clean because it was sticky. Not sure if the bedding was really fixed or change because the pull out bed beddings was not put together.

Outdated, pick another hotel

Very outdated hotel. We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and were placed in a different room. This room was supposedly non-smoking but was very obviously being used for weed, and had been for a long time. We called front desk (both phones did not work had to use cell) and they had no room to move us and stated the person previous probably just smoked in it. We were missing the remote, never found it. There were old towels in the bathrooms. Junk/garbage outside the rooms. Pool dirty. It appears several people are living in these hotel rooms and there were many questionable vehicles and people walking about. Do yourself a favor - book somewhere else.

Not happy

But the first room that they gave us as soon as you walked in, you could smell weed. I called down and asked for a new room and they gave us one. This room the sink was plugged up. Icemaker wasn’t working. Bathroom fan was not working and lotta scuff marks and dirty in places

They tried to have my elderly mom climb their stairs for a second level room. No elevator! Than i got a reply of" We are full can't switch rooms, nor would they let me leave. They did finally get my mom a room on lower level. I had to run up and down the stairs to be of help for my mom.

This is a very economical place to stay, and was also a unique setup. The suites are like a small apartment. I wondered about the cleanliness after who knows how many people have sat on the sofa. I noticed stains on it and a smell in the unit. Fireplace didn’t work . Wall above garbage can had food splattered on it. Furnishings and decor are tired. Overall, the place could use a refresh, but if you’re looking for a cheap convenienient stay it’s great! Breakfast was so so. Coffee was not so great. 🙁 Check in took abnormally long- 15 minutes I’d say. The young man helping me was looking at his computer, doing I don’t know what, but he said he was checking what units were clean.

The main office was the only building on the property that was clean and they did serve a decent breakfast. The suites are in need of some serious maintenance inside and out! Upon entering our room we were hit with a very bad smell. I had to go to the office and ask for toilet paper! The room was spacious but very outdated. There were stains on the walls and bedding, items left in the refrigerator and the toilet was not secure to the floor! Thousands of cigarette butts littered the entire property, so disgusting! I would not recommend staying there!
