Our room was 92 degrees when we arrived. After a few attempts to get someone to help and being told we couldn't change rooms, the repairman was able to arrange for us to change rooms. He was very friendly and tried to remedy our situation the best he could.

Don't stay here.
There was no heat in the room--it was snowing out. when the engineer came he said the fan in the room wasn't working, didn't attempt to fix it and gave me a space heater, which I used for all 3 nights. The towels were ripped as was the shower curtain and the room was not very clean. I overheard the front desk person taking other calls from people who also had complaints about the water.

Affordable, pleasant room for a long weekend.
Older property near the convention center. Front office staff were warm & friendly. Up front about HVAC setup and offered fans or heaters. Warm breakfast was just okay. Yogurt offerings were awful and chemical-tasting. Doors outside had confusing signs for re-direction. Price was right.
