Loved Seville and H10 Casa de la Plata

Beautiful hotel with clean, cute rooms. Central location. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great roof with a pool (though we didn't even have time to use it while exploring the amazing city!).

Location, Style and Service

Totally up to the standard I expect of H10 hotels. The decor is quirky but in a good way. The staff are excellent, multi-lingual and always helpful. Great location with easy access to the attractions and also nearby restaurants and bars

It's a beautiful hotel, recently renovated. The staff is friendly but not up to a 4 stars hotel, probably still new or in training? I booked this hotels as a VIP Expedia hotel, but nothing about a VIP experience there. The room we recieved was ok, but very disappointing and uncomfortable. The bed wasn't good, we struggled to sleep, the selection of pillows (one worse than the other) even 2 on top of each other were not giving enough support, a memory foam pillow would have been much appreciated! The bathroom was an nightmare, with the shower head at 1.5m high, had to shower basically standing on my knees, seriously?! The entire place was spotless clean and a good breakfast! As per booking we should have received a bottle of wine, water and a late checkout, nothing of this happened, even thought at the time of the check in I explained about my Expedia gold status and requested about the late check out a second time! At the time of the checkout we recieved an apologies, a bit too late, and skiver, but at least they recognised it! I wouldn't recommend it, unless you find an amazing deal and not looking for something special!

Great hotel

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was really good and location was convenient. The lobby is charming and inviting. Our room was facing the inside courtyard,,, I would ask for a better view next time. Everything else was great.

El hotel es muy lindo y céntrico. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Lo único es que solicitamos un upgrade para una habitación mas grande y nos pusieron una habitación con vista, no espaciosa/más grande como la habíamos pedido. Tuvimos que solicitar que no nos cobraran el upgrade pues no fue lo que ordenamos. Al final, no se cobró pero tuvimos que esperar respuesta del manager, entendemos que es algo que ni siquiera debimos tener que solicitar.

We stayed here for 4 nights in December 2021. The hotel is in a great location a short walk from the cathedral and numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel itself and the rooms are excellent, but the real stand out feature is the staff. We had a very warm welcome checking with lots of information, particularly from Antonio who gave us some excellent recommendations and Diego in the bar who took the time to explain all the drinks including local gins and made a fabulous drink. A solid 10/10, especially the excellent staff.
