My HQ looking for an apartment
Great location for what I needed. Old style charm. The bathroom needed a bit of repair (cracked tile in the bath). Steam heated room with no way to regulate the temperature by degrees. Also as with steam, in the middle of the night the pipes start banging. Would have been nice to have a screen in the window. Overall it was a good value and pleasant stay.

Clean, affordable crash pad in a cool neighborhood
The neighborhood is great! This is a budget hotel in an old but well-maintained building, and my wife and two kids got two rooms that were very comfortable, if not a little overheated. For the price, I was very pleased. I'd stay here again. (Go to Kingston Mines to hear some Chicago blues!)

Poor Condition Great Service
Room stunk on entry, very old furnishing, floors probably hasn't been cleaned, and condition was overall poor. However this was a very cheap hotel and the service/staff was great.
