This stay was atrocious since the moment I spoke with the lady at the front desk. The staff has terrible communication. I was sent an email from the hotel directly that I would be able to have at least 1 crib and I was told they “didn’t have those”. The next morning I spoke with another lady at the front desk and was told the same thing. Spoke with a manager and she also had “no idea”, then the manager asked another worker and she stated “yes we do”. I was told I would have one put in my room that day, i never received a crib during my stay. Cleanliness of the hotel was low-grade, countertops were not wiped down, floor was not properly cleaned. Older hotel and needs updating. My room had 2 separate rooms and A/C does not travel to the closed (if you choose it to be closed) 2nd room. Indoor pool exterior doors do not open, so miserably hot inside the pool room. Breakfast there was at least a 30 minute wait to get a coffee or a bagel, even longer for a waffle. I asked for a fork around 9pm and was told “we don’t have any”. Non-smoking rooms have been smoked in and people were smoking in the non-smoking rooms during our stay. Overall terrible experience with the hotel. I would never and will never recommend or stay in this hotel again.
