Jenny at the front desk was a great help. She provides reason to return to the same hotel in the future. Customer Service is rare to find.

It was nice, this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. Decent breakfast also

WiFi service was non-existent. I had to use my hot spot. The room bathroom floor needed a little more cleaning and one of the comforters was stained.

Nice and clean room. Quiet and comfortable.no tv local Chanel’s and no information card showing the Chanel’s.

Room was not cleaned throughout 4 day stay. Wifi was also not available throughout. Restrictor was unplugged and warm and stunk.

I have always liked staying at a Holiday Inn, this one was the worst. The bathroom had urine all over toilet seat,so they moved us to another room which they said had been totally renovated,it looked more outdated than the one they moved us out of,not happy.

The staff at the property were very welcoming. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. There is a free hot breakfast every morning.

Our room had a strong odor, on arrival our bathroom was not cleaned, our tv remote did not have working batteries and none of our electronics charged overnight. The restaurant only had one person working as hostess, cook, waitress and clean—up.

Overall it was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not turned over. The fitness room was also having repairs, so it was unavailable. Other than that, it was a fine stay. We had never been to Port Arthur before. We thought Tia Juanita's restaurant down the street had great food...and avoid the waffle house.

This hotel hasn’t been updated in 20 years. It’s clean, but there were ZERO outlets available to charge my devices and work computer. Compared to the area, it may have been good, but outside of that, it is lacking.
