Don't bother booking a room with a balcony, read the fine print - they can assign you to a courtyard room. That's what happened to us

Exceptionally close to all downtown has to offer without the street noise. Beautiful grounds and delightful staff. Rooms a bit dated but our balcony overlooking the pool area made up for it. Two separate firepits allowed plenty of seating on a cool evening. Really enjoyed this place and you will too.

First, they offer on-site parking, but they don't have enough parking for all guests, so when I arrived the lot was full and I had to drive around to find a free street parking spot (and then had to move my car by 11am from that spot to avoid a charge). It should be made more clear that parking is limited and it is first come-first serve. Second, the beds are a bit hard and instead of regular bed frames, the mattresses are mounted on solid metal box frames affixed to the ground, which look & feel really cheap, plus we kept stubbing our toes on them. There are only light sheets on the beds - no blankets! So I ended up having to use pool towels on my bed at night when I was lying there shivering. Last, the plumbing in the shower was not good - pressure was low and the showerhead kept 'spitting' at me (like the pressure was backing up and then shooting out randomly). Also the walls of the room were very thin and I heard my noisy neighbors (and their dog barking) at night, and house-keeping vacuuming next door woke me on the 2nd morning at 7:00am! I would not recommend.

Parking terrible. Not enough parking on-site. Had to drive around the area for 1/2 hour before finding a parking spot. The shower handle was broken. Hardware for toilet paper was broken. Door to bathroom looked to be under repair. Furnishings were shabby. We have stayed at this hotel many times and never had a problem with the rooms. Perhaps because we brought our dog we got the dog room. You do not want to stay in room 127.

Nice place to stay and within close walking distance to several restaurants. It was easy to find and park at. I would stay here again!

They staff was nice and the room was adequate. I think I would only want a room with a pool view. The courtyard room was very dark and kind of dreary. I didn’t want to relax there. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Favorite resort stay here alot. central to downtown Palm Springs easy walkable eats and shopping. Nice pool and rfie.rings in the evening. Good spacious rooms.
