房间的卫生一般，我住三个晚上，都可以不换床单，搞到我的皮肤不舒服，感觉服务不是很友好，还有就是早餐用餐时间明明是6：30至11：30，但我11：10到那个服务员就很不好的大声告诉我关门了，态度非常的差，一天的好心情就给她影响了

At arrival we were told there were no spots in the garage and had to park two blocks away. The front desk was very apologetic considering it was out of their control. The room was clean and unexpectedly had a mini fridge. Which was nice for drinks. The only real issue we had was both nights there were people running in the halls banging on doors. It made it very hard to sleep. The huge plus of the hotel is the location. If you are interested in fully exploring the National Park and surrounding area everything is within walking distance.

We stayed here recently and, unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. The location is definitely a plus — it’s within walking distance of many major Philly attractions. However, the room itself was quite small and the decor felt very dated. Our biggest issue was the noise. Our room faced the street, and the windows didn’t seem to be soundproofed at all. We heard everything — traffic, buses, motorcycles, fire trucks, loud music playing outside, and groups of people gathering in front of the hotel late into the night. It was difficult to get any sleep, which was especially disappointing as we were hoping for a quiet weekend getaway. Had we known how noisy it would be, we might have chosen differently. While the location is great, I’d recommend this spot only for travelers who don’t mind a lively (and loud) environment.

This hotel needs a major renovation. It's not pleasant to stay in. The elevators are breaking and getting stuck. The rooms are okay. But overall it's just not a pleasant hotel at all.

Our room did not have bath towels. The front desk made us walk down to the lobby to get towels while dripping wet, and acted like they had done us a favor. They were extremely rude. Our shower was also totally clogged and had barely drained by morning.

We were put on the 7th floor with our 3 year old. Immediately we were bombarded with the overwhelming scent of cigarettes. We just chaulked it up to the hotel being a smoking hotel recently and maybe switching over to a non-smoking We got in our room It was musty. About an hour or two later The cigarette smell was seeping into our room and we were starting to smell it through the door. I called the front desk to confirm this was a smoke-free hotel and they said yes and then I said well our entire floor and room smells like cigarettesthe front desk person switched the story and said oh well we have a long-term client that's allowed to smoke in their room. HOW DARE YOU PEOPLE. How dare you subject my family and especially my child to second hand smoke while advertising a smoke free hotel. Not only does this have to be illegal it's immortal. When we called to the front desk they did switch floors for us and as soon as we got to the 8th floor the air was clean and fresh and we felt like we could finally breathe. I do not usually complain when I'm at a hotel even if it's dirty or many things have gone wrong in my hotel rooms but advertising as a non-smoking and having somebody currently smoking on my floor is unacceptable. I'm not sure how much farther we're going to pursue this but on principal we will probably take this further to protect other patrons, I think it minimum we deserve a refund. We did not have a problem parking at this hotel, the price was fine and it was clean.

Easy check in. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Nice having a restaurant in the Hotel. Was great having a place to park off the street, and we were able to leave the car after checkout till 4 PM.

Super nice staff. When we arrived our card wouldn't activate the elevator and the staff came with us into the elevator to make sure everthing worked properly. We did have to cut our trip short due to a medical issue which sent us to an urgent care and then back home again. But, the staff was very nice about that and we are going to recreate this trip and we already booked the hotel again because everyone loved it. Thanks, Wyndham!
