Nice place

Location was great for time in the French Quarter. The service was amazing. It is an older hotel and I didn't realize there wasn't a refrigerator in the room.

The room had cracks in the ceiling. The couch was worn out made squeaks every time up stood up. The mirror in bathroom was damaged and needed replaced.

Staff needs to be more pleasant and accommodating

The front desk in the managers weren’t that friendly they were just being very robotic even when I spoke to the man in the suit about the extra charges The location was fabulous though but to charge and then give you $15 gift certificate to Mr. Ed’s I’m New Orleans I don’t wanna eat at the hotel restaurant. And I did live there for 10 years so I know better places to go

Professional Staff

Excellent service and convenient location. Bell boy helps load bags and looks for your Uber so that you don’t have to step into the busy narrow street. Restaurant next door was very good and we also appreciated the convenience of that.

Room was very clean,bed was comfortable I didn't get to enjoy the perks, it's ok I was using the time to recover and rest, you will enjoy the hotel very clean and staff friendly ,now for the cons I didn't like being notified the next day about destination fees of 25.00 dollars per day via email, I also wasn't informed about a 150.00 security deposit until after checking in I was already checked in and informed shortly after please give people the opportunity to say thank you or no thanks ,I was also informed it would take up to 7 days for the deposit to be returned upon me asking and I inquired about the additional fees as well and was told it's written on expedia I informed the clerk I did not use that site and was not informed otherwise beautiful hotel, comfort, staff and near all

Toilet paper was wet with cleaning material. 2 towels were covered in hair form previous guests.

I had a decent stay for three days, even though my room lacked a microwave and refrigerator. I’ve learned the importance of checking what’s included in the room for future bookings. The staff was very accommodating, and I didn’t encounter any serious issues. There was a minor incident at check-in regarding a daily designation fee that wasn’t mentioned on the website during booking. Instead of disputing it, I handled it calmly and paid the fee. Moving forward, I will be more diligent in reading all the fine print.
