I had a very good stay. The bed was super comfy and the shower worked wonders on the cold I had. Quarters were a bit tight, but the decor and character, (and that bed!) more than made up for it. Great location too!

Great hotel in downtown Seattle. Comfortable room. Updated. GREAT coffee shop in lobby and bar/ restaurant downstairs also good. Perfect for business trip if on a budget and want a nice, clean, updated space to stay and work at. Upgrade your room if a desk is needed. Staff is very helpful as well at desk and in the restaurant.

Cannot say enough good things about Hotel Theodore! Truly such a wonderful stay! So relaxing and comfortable. So quiet, gorgeous ambiance, super kind hotel staff, beautiful views, huge and comfortable room. Was the perfect stay for my wife’s 30th birthday. Conveniently located for our Kraken game we went to, pikes place and plenty of great shopping and food options!

Good sleep, close to the Seattle Convention Center
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, OK towels, not sure if the TV worked (tried it, then used my laptop instead). The heater wasn't working, but they got someone in there to fix it pretty quickly. There's an espresso capsule machine that made decent coffee. The water isn't free, $7 for a liter in a glass bottle. I actually had an upgrade to cover incidentals, but both the hotel staff and I forgot about it.
