The disorganization is horrendus. Property claims it has nothing to do with the number of beds listed on Hotels.com. With 4 kids in tow, I booked a room with 3 beds. I get there, they gave my King suite to someone else- didnt bother to call me. They claimed I did not provide and email address or phone number, to which I later found out was untrue, as they sent me a message 3 hours later saying "see you soon!" After I'd already checked in. Not only did i spend about an hour arguing with front desk staff, including the GM who was just as disorganized as her staff; about WHAT I was actually being charged; but then I was charged THREE SEPARATE TIMES. The property looks like people consistently break into hotel rooms, and is in the middle of the ghetto. Floors broken, you trip everytime you try to enter the elevator, broken AC units, and the property pictures on Hotels.com are completely irrespresentative of the actual physical property. I was promised that they'd bring up a cot for my kid to sleep on, never happened. The bathrooms were not cleaned before we arrived, we had NO toilet paper, and we woke up in the morning to find that urine had seeped throughout the adjacent room into our bathroom- none of my children had used our bathroom earlier and it was far from the toilet. I also was charged an ADDITIONAL $50 incidental hold AFTER I had already checked out! When I called to try to straighten out the mistake, they said "it'll go back to your account", refund never came.
