Everything was great. You have a very nice hotel in a great location. We also ate at the restaurant. The food was great. Only thing that was a pain was the heater in the room wouldn’t turn off.

It was a last minute getaway for my family. Fantastic location by the water. Clean hotel and nice amenities. Professional and courteous staff. Excellent restaurant and bar, good staff.

The staff was amazing. They thought of everything to stay safe during the pandemic. Great food and service at the restaurant as well.

The first 2 rooms they checked us into were freezing cold. the heat had never been turned on. They called a maintenance man who told us it would take about half an hour at least for the room to heat. Luckily I did see a manager on my way back to the front desk who did set us up with an upgrade room and looked after us very well.

This hotel has seen better days. We checked in and received a room with no heat. We were then given another room across the hall and it was really dirty. GIven we are in a pandemic, I would think that they would pay closer attention to keeping it clean, but is was disgustingly dirty. Cobwebs in the corners, sticky red liquid splattered on the bathroom door, broken glass behind the bedside table (I only looked there because I needed an outlet for my phone). There were actually short and curly hairs stick to the ceiling in the bathroom (I don't even want to imagine how they got there). There was also a yellow sticky substance on the ceiling in the bathroom as well. I can't tell you how grossed out I was about the experience, I am not exaggerating how disgusting the room was. After my lovely overnight stay, I told the desk clerk that I wanted to speak to someone about my poor experience, they said to call and leave the manager a message. I have not heard back and I don't think I will. This hotel is a poorly managed operation and if I were you, I'd take my business elsewhere. I thought this would be an upgrade from the Holiday Inn Express, but its definitely not.
