Perfect Stay
We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds.

Fantastic staff - Rooms a little out-dated
The staff were great. The rooms are dated, but the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a little rundown and we had an issue with the washer breaking down and smoking. Again, the staff at the front desk were great... very friendly and they did all the could to help with the laundry situation, but it did negatively impact our plans for the day.

10 out of 10 for the staff for their extensive knowledge of Leeds' attractions and restaurants and creating a welcoming environment. Would be ideal to have room service but that was only a minor inconvenience.

Convenient for railway station and also the city centre stores. The only downside for us was that there was heavy plant machinery right outside our window, making us feel unable to open the curtains to keep some privacy. There was obviously some refurbishment/ building work going on in the building across from our room. Apart from this, we were impressed with the service and the facilities were great. Would use Roomz again.

Great place for a short stay. Clean & good facilities bit of confusion over payment…. Thought paid up front but hotel said not… so this is main reason for 4 not 5. Also close to late night pubs/ clubs…. So if you’re wanting to go to see early… probably not the place for you as the music can be quite loud. However, not an issue for us & slept really well. Ultimately good value for money & would stay again.
