The pool is quite small and the hot tub wasn't much warmer than bath water, but with all of the children in there it's a good thing. The rest of the hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk crew were extremely professional, and very kind.

Would stay here again!

Amazing service and comfort! The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Our neighbors were partying loudly at 11pm and the front desk was fast at addressing the issue, so it was quiet again.

Nice Place to Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. It is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to do and good restaurants. The person who checked me in was very friendly, efficient and professional. Cookie was yummy. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. Linens were bright white, soft and warm. Beautiful elevators and hallways. My only complaint is that there were obvious signs of wear and tear in the room that could be easily remedied. Such as scratches on the wood armoire, sink cabinet and tables, a furniture marker would work great. Missing caulk/cracked tile behind the toilet, yellowing on ceiling and bath door. A hole next to the sprinkler head. Staying at a doubletree I would never expect to see these things. But, overall my stay was great and comfortable, and I would stay again.

Parking was easy and convenient at this location. I also liked that the hotel was within walkable distance to a grocery store, dining options, shops, and a movie theater. What was a little annoying though was that the rooms did not have microwaves and the refrigerators weren't very cold. The 14th and 15th floors are key card access only in the elevators and one of the elevators would not let me get out on my floor despite having the access on my key card.
