甘露溫德姆華美達飯店

I booked a room for a friend passing through town as they do not have a credit card. Due to covid the hotel would not allow check in as I had a local address of the hotel. The front staff were extremely rude.

Wonderful.

The shower and sink didn’t drain. Carpet was dirty.

It was clean and the staff friendly. Concierge is open all night, nice to know coming off the highway.

Great stay! I have a medical exemption from a mask and i really appreciate the fact that the staff was very understanding and gracious

Room was tired

When we checked into the Ramada, we had just come back from a 6 hour drive. We were hoping to get a good nights rest at a clean and friendly place. Checking in, the staff was adequate but the elevator wasn't working so we had to take our suitcases up the stairs. Once we got to the room, there were stains on the chairs and foot rest along with an odur of some sort. When we tried to call the front desk downstairs the next morning, the phones didn't even work. Once we were checking out the next morning, the staff didn't ask us how our stay was so when we told them about the stains and the phone not working, they responded with "you should have told us yesterday then". This was one of the worst stays at a Ramada I have ever been to. After a long drive, it would have been nice to come to a clean and working hotel.

There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Things would have been ok if we just didn’t look up.... definitely a budget hotel, but no place should have mould. Told the front desk and all they said was thanks for letting us know.

Nothing really just stayed there for one night.. its an older building for sure

Clean room and good location. Easy, free parking.
