Great quality & condition. Incheon isn’t the most fun location

Liked - we liked the room space and the facilities inside the room. We only stayed 1 night and our needs were perfectly met.

This was a lovely place to stay but I didn't appreciate being woken up at six in the morning because of all the construction going on around this location.

New, clean and modern design. Nice staff and good position for the airport passagers.

Hard to find and long walk from the metro station. awkward and unreasonable room design. No breakfast. Washing machine in the room but no dryer makes it useless

This place was very clean and the staff was very friendly! I’d definitely come back here again.

First I’d like to give an honest review. If I was just angry I’d give them a zero on everything. 1)I was traveling through late and needed to fly out the next day. Book a hotel online that gave a check out time of 11 AM. When I got there they said the rate I paid was for a 6 AM check out. I showed them my app, and my email received stating the 11 AM check out. After that if there was no issue, I would have given a good review. However they fought me on it and they were not going to give me the 11 AM. They said it was my issues and I needed to deal with hotels.com. I showed them the documentation again, they still said would not give me an 11am checkout until a asked them to give me a refund. They said that couldn’t. I honestly tried to be very kind and looked all over the emailed receipt for a 6 am checkout. If it was my issue, I’d gladly have paid. The main issue was that they just wouldn’t work with me until it was a super stressful situation. 2)Also I’d say if you don’t speak Korean this is not the place for you. I do know Korean and it worked but nothing in the room it in English That means no heat, a/c, TV etc. Comfort was great. It was new constuction but shower head still sprayed all over out the connection. I fixed that. It is set up with good apartment type amenities but no utensils. Drawers and cupboards are empty. When I checked out it was very “cold”. I asked for a receipt they said no. So I’m waiting to see what I’m being charged!

Awesome facility and very comfortable for the price. Wanna stay there next time again.
