The villa was as delivered in the travel app. However the property management has left a terrible taste in our mouths after this trip.
Their lack of communication had us checking into the wrong property… approx 10 km away from what we had booked. After our party checked in and started to unpack we were informed that they made a mistake and wanted up to move to the original villa. They apologized and ordered a taxi to move us to original booking.
Bottom line is that there seem to be too many levels of command and lack of communication that has left this trip with a sour taste for our group.
Their offer of ‘free electric’ for the hour we were unpacking in wrong villa is an insult and rather had a sincere apology vs a 10 Baht refund!
