The gentleman on the night shift was an absolute delight, kind, informative, and funny. Literally 2 minutes from the red line station to make it easily to anywhere in the city. Walking distance to some great local restaurants. Location is safe so you can feel safe walking. The hotel held our luggage after we checked out so we could shop a bit more before our flight.

The bath products are horrendous, the lotion actually smells terrible Wedn Dec 3 and Thur Dec 4 evenings staff was very nice Friday and Saturday didn’t seem too bothered. The tv is awful. Showtime Channel is blurry like it’s a 1950s television set. Will not come back. Either stay cheaper at Holiday Inn or splurge a little more for a real hotel. This is not for me.
