Highly recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. Felt completely safe. Parking was a little confusing but once we got in everything was super easy. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We will be staying again for our next Nashville trip!

Booked the hotel , received a confirmation email to fill out an online check in process. Arrived and was able to get into the hotel and into my room with ease. When arriving in my room it was super clean they had a coffee bar, and some laundry pods, plenty of towels. When I did need the front desk staff they were super nice and helpful , even gave us dinner ideas. Oh and the rooms have super tall ceilings and doors , that was a nice touch.

The staff are friendly and as helpful as can be - we had a note placed on our file last month to be situated on the first floor. Normally, it wouldn't matter. But the first floor has doors that open up to convenient access to the grassy area (we akways have a medical alert service dog with us). But instead of being on the 1st floor, we were assigned the 4th floor. Its only through my good fortune that I ran into a guest that was checking into the 1st floor and they were very gracious saying that they didnt mind at all to trade rooms. Please, we always have our medical alert service dog with us, not only keep that note on file but carry out this need to make our stay infinitely more easy. There are plenty of hotels in downtown Nashville. The reason that we select The Mint Reserve is because of this amenity.

I absolutely love both the location and the property, the lack of street parking in the area is a downside but if you're willing to pay for the on-site parking it's super convenient and secured.

Great location, convenient to Broadway. Clean and very spacious rooms. Wasn’t expecting the entrance to be staffed, as we’ve stayed in similar properties with entry codes. However, there was always someone there, all super friendly and helpful!

Wonderful stay - would reccommend!

Great location and rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved having the extra room that the suite provided, as well as a kitchenette in the room. Would highly recommend this location to other visitors.

Nice place to visit

The visit was “OK”. Cool, historical building. The hotel is difficult to navigate. Parking is expensive at $40 per night. The room was nicely furnished, with kitchen however sofa not that comfortable, the refrigerator was stuck in the coldest position and ruined all of our food and froze all liquids and items. Bathroom towel hangars broken/missing. Shower located in a huge jacuzzi bathtub. Pretty nice but very difficult to get in and out. Weak water pressure. Other than that, it’s a nice place and very convenient to the local Nashville action.

I really loved this property. It was about a half mile walk to Music City Center and so it was off the beaten path a bit but that was perfect for me. I enjoyed the walking. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was equipped with what I needed to make a simple dinner. It had a nice tub which was awesome. The best part was that it was so quiet. The first night I used the oven fan as a type of noise maker, but the second night and third night I stayed, I found I didn’t even need it. My only suggestions for improvement would be to update the actual noisemaker in the room. It is too old and static sounding to be useful. Also, the chairs in the kitchen need to be updated. The plastic covering was ‘shedding’ and got all over the place. I didn’t use them for that reason. I also think the filter in the keurig needed changing (maybe). To me, though it was clean and the quiet trumped all the ‘little’ things that could’ve been improved. The staff was always courteous when I came in and out as well. I would stay again.

Excellent with a few minor hiccups

Pros: The property is beautiful and the unit we stayed in (310) was really nice. Beds were awesome and comfortable living room. Cons: bathroom and kitchen. Tub needs grab bar as it is high and wide to climb over. Shampoo was empty and the water pressure is next to nonexistent. Hand soap ran out after 2 days. We had only one spare toilet roll so that ran out and we used Kleenex. There is dish soap but nothing to actually wash the dishes with so you’re forced to run dishwasher half empty, and you only have 2 detergent pods. There is a sponge under the sink but who wants to use something that is full of who knows what. These are all minor but the lack of attention to these small details accumulated over our 4 day stay. Without these issues it would be 5 stars. Other than great stay in a very cool building. Location was nice and easy walking to Broadway.

Trip was amazing. Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with a group of friends. The mint house was super nice and clean. The front counter staff is efficient and very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
