We booked the wrong dates and tried to change. Hotels.com staff couldn’t change the booking as no one at the hotel spoke English. We tried via email and never got a response, so asked our French Airbnb hosts to call, hotel refused to do anything over the phone and said they would reply to our email.
Never heard from them. Terrible customer service avoid like the plague
