Hidden Gem
Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Weathervane. The gentleman and the front desk was super friendly and very accommodating. The motel is clean. Beds seemed to be a little firmer than we were used to, but were actually very comfortable. Rooms spacious as well as the bathroom. Nice complimentary continental breakfast was offered. The TV picture quality wasn't the best, but for the amount of time that we were in the room it really didn't matter. Convenient location to the outlets and American Music Theater. Just found our new Go-To motel for when we visit the Lancaster area.

Loved it. Nice Clean Place, Kind Staff
This is a lovely place to stay with great views of farmlands and lots of easy shopping nearby. The grounds are well kept and the lights in the gazebo were a really pretty touch at night. The continental breakfast was cereal, bagels, eggs, fruit, and waffles. Juice, milk, and coffee options available. All of the staff are very kind and I will absolutely stay here when I am in the area again. I LOVE that you get to park your car right in front of your room and it was charming to have a real key for the room on a cute keychain instead of a charged room card.

Good stay
The staff were super and the rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was great,with lots of choices. The sit down area in the breakfast room was very small but it was as big as it could be. The facility was old but kept up well. They still used keys for the locks but that was actually a good thing. Key cards can be a real pain. I actually felt more secure because I could lock the door knob and the deadbolt.

Area is great...hotel is average.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The exterior of the place is very nice....it's a dated motor court hotel. The bathroom is very small and dated. Storage for clothes and hangars for clothes is minimal. Screens need replaced in the windows and the sink doesn't drain well. Just an average kind of hotel and needs updating. It does have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Continental breakfast is, honestly, not worth the effort. Plenty of nice small diners in the area for a much better breakfast to start your day. Location is great for all the places to see.

The hotel had a smell when you walked into the office. The office personnel was friendly and I asked to see the room. It was okay, but like someone else said in their review, it is a motel. The sink was dirty and the bathroom had a terrible smell. We went ahead and stayed because I was unable to change my reservation due to third party booking. The motel was full. We left at 3:00 a.m. and it looked like every room was booked so..... it was okay but we will choose a different location next time.
