They want to charge me twice!!
They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. So i chose to stay within my 3days reservation. In the last day, when i checked out, the other employee charged me again!! He insisted that i have not paid yet!! I spent half hour to explain and prove I have paid in the internet. A very bad experience!!
