My stay was ok until the electric went out in the morning and was off for a couple hours I was not able to finish my project. due to no connection, I went downstairs to check out early and there was no one at the front desk to check me out and they still charged me for the whole day I also left my key on the counter

Just awful
Walked into lobby and smelled propane coming from an open utility closet. Green moth logs were all over hallway. Room door didn’t close. Oh the kicker was the power went out at 730am when it was 32 degrees outside. No heat. No lights. No generator. Awful experience.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. They have remodeled it and it is amazingly done. The room was fresh and clean and the beds were quite comfy. The staff was friendly and i will definitely stay here when i am in the area again.

Head of the Schuylkill
It was wonderful. Located just outside of Philadelphia it was perfectly located for the Head of the Schuylkill but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The decorating style is fun and wild with full use of 1970's planter themes with wood accents, feux marble and plastic aquarium plants. The room was very large with a kitchenette and large bathroom. It was perfect for our stay and reasonably priced.

Disappointed and shocked
There was rodents running around the room, when we eventually fell asleep we was woken up by rodents eating our snacks. When we brought it to the front desk attention, they were very rude and disturbingly hostile to us. I promised them we will never stay there again.

Quaint and adequate stay
The lobby is pristine, with natural light filling the space. The room itself was adequate, with the basic amenities. It was also clean and had some updated features. The view of the golf course was pleasant. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it accomplished the basic needs of an overnight stay.

Disappointed
Upon arrival king room had towels for 1 person. I had to get more towels for 2 people in king room. I asked for room service and they never came. Stayed 3 nights and had to get clean towels every day myself at the front desk along with shampoo etc. Front desk stated they had 16 rooms to clean so they could not get to my room! 3 night stay. No where to hang or put a wash cloth or towel in bathroom. No hooks or shelves in bathroom. Also they never took any used towels out of room so they were piled up. I wanted to carry the dirty towels to front desk and they said NO!

We had a mouse in our room that ate our food and pooped on the table. There were also people smoking weed on the balcony below us and it was getting into our AC. The hallways were also dirty with debris on the carpet.
