Great location and amenities
Walking distance to the heart of Hollywood and a large grocery shop right next to the hotel. Free parking, wi-fi, and breakfast. Considering the traffics, it took around 15min drive to Universal Studio. In general, other than the mediocre noise isolation, everything else was great for my family.

3 night stay in Hollywood.
Nice spot for a 3 night stay. Very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good but in a very small room so you might need to take it back to your room. Easy walk to Hollywood blvd, Walk of Stars close to Chinese and Dolby theatres. Near by is Ralphs grocery, Domino's pizza, In out Burger and Mexican. Not fancy or modern but a decent little spot if you want a good deal. A bit of noise from the Sunset Strip but it never bothered us.

Hôtel bien placé près Walk of fame
Une nuit très agitée car énormément de bruit et la personne de l'accueil n'a pas daigné faire respecter le silence, demandé aux personnes (c'était un groupe) de respecter ceux qui dormaient. Pourtant ne n'est pas faute de l'avoir demandé... sinon chambre très petite, douche avec un rebord trop bas donc inondation dans la pièce, pas de gel douche mais des savons. Trop de lumière extérieur car les volets ne sont pas complètement hermétiques. Par contre nous avons apprécié le parking. Plutôt un motel qu'un hôtel. Nous faisions confiance à la marque Best Western mais là rien à voir

Awesome place!
The room was awesome for the price. New flooring thorougout the room and a really nice stone floored shower. The cleanliness of the room was top notch and the staff were all polite, courteous and friendly. Great breakfast served from 7-10am with multiple differnt things to eat.

Halloween Horror Night
This stay in LA was right out of a movie… a horror movie. My family and I traveled from out of state to attend Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios for 2 of my kids birthdays. We were less than impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room upon arrival as we found the AC unit in the “main bed” portion (we had a family room) didn’t work, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and what I can only describe as the last stayers blood smeared over the walls. After dropping off our things and going to Universal (until 1:30 am) we came back only to be told by Hotel security that there was no more parking and we’d have to park down the street 1/2 block away. Active drug deals were happening and we were in a vehicle with out of state plates. This is not a place for anyone, let alone a family to park. We left asap and luckily had family to stay with 2 hours north. The hotel refused to refund or even partially refund a $400 nights stay. This place is a literal nightmare!

The location was good but the area not very nice and kind of loud. The room was very good and the bed very comfortable, just a little humidity. Breakfast was okay but the place very small for everyone. We had to wait a couple of times.
