The only thing I can say that needs to be fix is the bed was very hard and was not comfortable at all but overral was great. Keep in mind is in downm town so is little bit loud.

The hotel was renovated on the walls, but the furniture is all old including the AC that is noisy compared to modern AC. The staffs is terrible, i asked to keep my luggage and the bellboy never came... after waiting one hour i asked again and they call him and this time i just wait like 10min. The electronic key does not work, so i walked down for a new one. They reset the key but this does not work. Fortunately, the cleaning lady open the room for us. I ask for sending a new key... but it never came. So, typical complains that the staff ignore request is true. The hotel is overprice... for what you get. There is better options around. The check out i have to wait nearly until 3pm for my room... sounds fair right? Well not, turn out they got a room and even i was there waiting they do not give me any room until i asked. Overrall. I would avoid this hotel.

Según llegamos, nos recibe la recepcionista diciendo que no tenemos reservación. Insistimos que si. Nos trata con frialdad y poco profesionalismo. De las 1000 palabras que se pueden emplear para un cliente, decide usar las que no son correctas. Insisto en que nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos a pedir limosna. Por fin se da cuenta de su error cuando encuentra la reservación y nos indica que el parking NO está incluido. Le digo que la reservación la hice incluyendo el parking, vuelve a la misma actitud, me canso (después de un viaje de 14h) y le digo que no hay problema, que le pago el parking que ya había pagado. 200$. Hacemos el check in y le hago saber con educación que nos hizo sentir incómodas y que no es nada profesional. Ofrece disculpas pero ya es tarde. Es la primera impresion. El señor del parking encantador. La habitación vieja, con chambonadas de reparaciones por fugas añejas en el baño y cutres amenities como 1 jabón de pastilla tipo rosa Venus de motel de paso y 2 botecitos con shampoos. Era la opción de hotel que había a esas horas y esos días, porque queríamos estar en el centro de Villahermosa y estábamos de paso. Lo usamos para dormir y marchar. No vale para absolutamente nada más. Incluye en la paga el desayuno. Servicio increíble del mesero. Incluye café, pan, fruta y un plato fuerte que en nuestro caso fue torta de cochinita con frijoles. Cocina exquisita. 350$ de propina para el mesero y la cocina. Increíble atención de su parte. Al hotel, No volvería.
