The worst hotel I have stayed in with not so good consequences for me as I write this. First, I booked this hotel because it was on the cheaper side and I just needed somewhere to stay before my trip in the morning. I had a flight first thing at Stansted. Getting to the hotel without a car is an absolute nightmare. Don't bother taxis will charge you excessively, and you are better off staying a bit further away. When I arrived at my Uber it wasn't clear where the entrance was, the pictures don't match the building I was in and the room I stayed in. I was greeted by a man who I don't think speaks to people in general. Finally was told my room on the first floor, room 27, and found my way pretty quickly. By midnight on 18th August, I dropped my bags and went to sleep. Woke up at 8.30 am got dressed got my things ready and was out of the hotel by 9.30 am that same day. After dropping off my luggage at baggage at around 10 am I started to get a slight red spot on my face. By the time I had completed my journey which was 10 pm UK time I was covered in rashes over my arm, chest, neck, ears, face all the places that were left open when I slept on the bed at the hotel. It was like I had been bitten by mosquitos. As soon as I landed at my destination I had to go straight to the hospital. They described it as an allergic reaction but I am not allergic to anything and as for that day and week I did nothing differently apart from staying there. Don't make my mistake, stay away!
