DON’T STAY HERE
Someone broke into my room in midnight while I was sleeping, stole my cash. AND I’M NOT THE FIRST AND ONLY BURGLARY CASE. I didn’t find out until I check the google review after. I found out that the room door were not closed properly unless you pushed it hard, though it appeared to be closed, which could be how the burglar entered my room. I told the staff but she thinks it’s not a problem at all. What’s worse is that the hotel management and staff DID NOT offer any help or assistance. They refused to call the police, and I had to ask for a room change and later an early check out and refund, all handled by myself, they DID NOT send any staff to help even I Requested over the phone. Throughout the whole process I had to call them every time I asked for anything. And til now they DID NOT offer any compensation, which has been over a month. There’s serious security problem and the hotel staff and management are not professional. There have been quite a number of similar burglary happened during the last 12months however I couldn’t see them doing anything to rectify the issue. There’s no staff at the front desk (except maybe just an hour in the afternoon when they come to sort out the key card and other supplies), although you need to enter the passcode at the entrance, I doubt if they ever change it. There’s no other locks at the room door, just the key card system, and it looks like the burglar is very familiar with the place.

Hotel in purely no service provide 完全沒有服務的酒店
The severe water leakage in the Bathroom due to the structure of of the Bathroom that no drainage which cause sleepery. Furthermore, the sign indicate will ofer a cleaning servoce however put on for 2 consecutive days that annoy and as conclusion that we will not recommand the room that without service. The last but nitvthe least that the guest lift was found malfunction without anyone repair throughout a day till our departure.

Except check-in, everything was fine
There was no reception. When I arrived, I didn't get the room key in the check-in box. I had to use my cellphone to make a international phone call to the office. It was inconvenient and this phone call cost me a lot.

值得推薦的飯店
地點好，房間很大，且有免費wifi；房內還有微波爐跟簡單碗盤可以使用，但碗盤需加強潔淨度；浴室的沐浴乳跟洗髮乳非常不好用，建議自備。平時都無櫃台服務人員，若真的有需要幫忙是要打電話聯絡，而周末也沒有房務打掃。

Séjour de 3 jours sur Bruxelles.
L’arrivée à notre hébergement à l’heure du déjeuner s’est passée difficilement en raison de la pause de la réceptionniste. Le dialogue avec la réception téléphonique pour mettre en consigne nos bagages a été extrêmement compliqué. En revanche la récupération de notre clé de chambre a été beaucoup plus simple. Pour la fin de séjour, aucune information nous a été transmise et il n’a pas été évident de trouver la boîte pour déposer la clé de notre chambre. Hormis c’est petit problème de communication, nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans la capitale belge.
