I stayed with my friend here for a 1-night mini getaway in December, in room 11, on the 3rd floor. This was a room with two full/queen size beds. For the most part, everything was wonderful -- the beds were comfortable and the Smart TV provided entertainment options. The only two points that could use improvement:
~ It was not obvious that the room temp could be changed (the thermostat remote was hidden in a drawer), and it was cold that night. We didn't realize that we wanted extra blankets until 6pm, so the front desk person had already left by then.
~ It's not clear from Hotels.com or the Majestic's website that the complimentary breakfast -- is only offered on weekends during the off season. (It'd also help to define the "off season", though obviously Nov-Jan is clearly off season.) I did appreciate the coffee/tea/sparkling waters that were made available to guests in the lobby.
