General Manager Praveen Anthonio Sharma is extremely disrespectful and showed hostile behavior towards me and my wife when we told that we received an email from Days Inn for an early check-in option, which we have responded with $40 additioonal cc payment on the day before arrival when we received that sales email.
So we arrived on Sept 20th at 12 pm noon with 11 am check in option requested via online when he said with utter disrespectful attitude to "leave the hotel and come back at 4 pm" and that online check-in is "not guaranteed" when we never ever received any follow-up email to their original sales email of early entry option telling that it will not be possible and cc payment will not be processed. Instead, he told this right when we already arrived and told it is cancelled right then in front of us - when we were already there!!
All Day's Inn needed was a follow-up email to notify customer that early-entry online submission will not be possible so that neither Sharma nor me had to face such an unpleasant experience of arriving at 12 noon and waiting 4 hours till 4 pm. We could have waited in the airport after our long 7 hours of flight from PA. This must not happen. Shame on Day's Inn! Even more shame is to heir employees with absolutely no curtesy to interact with customer with respect - after all Sharma's salary is coming from customers like us.
Never in 35 years of living in the US had me and my wife faced such a disrespectful agent as Sharma and the Inn

THEY ARE TRYING TO REMODEL. THE TOILET LOOKED NEW BUT THE TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE. THE SHOWER DOOR HAS A PLASTIC AND WOULD MAKE NOISE. PLACE LOOSED CLEAN BUT DIDNT SMELL GREAT. THE GUY IN THE LOBBY WAS YELLING AT A MAINTNANCE GUY ABOY HIS LUNCH. AND LAST WAS A COMPANY BEHIND THE HOTEL WAS SOO LOUD IMAGINE THAT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP IN.

Good: afternoon/evening front desk clerk was really polite and nice. The room was big and clean.
Bad: called twice in the mornings on two separate days and the person I spoke to was kind of rude. The pool was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Also very cold; kids couldn’t swim at all.
