Great location - that’s it
I recommend staying at this hotel for the location, which is great! Near the Oscar Freire street, with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Also a safe area.
- Check in: very slow. Although the staff was nice, it took them 15 minutes to check us in.
- Parking: was extra (R$35 a day) but it’s on property, covered, and valet service included.
- Breakfast: it was included and it was great! Lots of food options.
- Bedroom: it was a little outdated and the bathroom could use a remodeling (they say the hotel is under construction, so maybe I was unlucky and got one of the older rooms). But the room was quiet and the AC worked perfectly.
- Service: although the staff was nice, they didn’t deliver nor let me know about a package that a friend bought me and asked them to give me. I was there for 2 full days, very frustrating!
