We can't fault our experience at the Silk Path. From the late check in, welcome snack, to the sumptuous breakfast buffet in an elegant dining room through to the lovely gardens and pool area, all was beyond expectations. Due to the typhoons perhaps there were few other quests but that is not a reflection on the hotel or it's staff. Would definitely stay at this or other Silk Paths again.

We don’t usually stay in places this grand, but the off season price was very good. Wonderful pool area and nice room. The restaurant was good, and for a grand hotel, quite reasonable. My wife had a great massage at the spa, and we had the wonderful buffet breakfast one of the days (not included). Quite a good location, a short walk from the river.

Our experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we were welcomed by the staff as the door was opened for us, we were treated with the utmost respect. Having traveled extensively around the world, we have never encountered such meticulous attention to detail. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the chef, who crafted exquisite dishes and personally came to our table to ensure that everything met our expectations. Overall the staff went above and beyond anything that we could have reasonably expected. I only wish there were hotels like this everywhere we went in Vietnam.
