My wife & I enjoyed our stay but, we didn’t get the suite I had paid for. I had to go through hotels.com to get reimbursed the remaining amount I was owed. I’m still confused on why I wasn’t contacted by phone to let me know about the room change.My wife and I enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately, we did not receive the suite I had paid for. To rectify this situation, I had to initiate a process through hotels.com to receive reimbursement for the remaining amount owed. Despite this resolution, I remain perplexed as to why I was not notified via phone regarding the room change.
