Everything was perfect. Carmine and Leia are wonderful hosts . I cannot compliment them enough. This B&B was the nicest I have ever stayed in. The rooms were lovely, sound proof windows, very updated and fresh. Decor was tasteful and serene. Location is just about half way between Basilicas of Saint Clare and St. Francis. Parking is a bit difficult but Carmine helped us with that and getting our bags to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved the family feel of Portica 10! Truly a hidden gem in Assisi! Rooms were large and comfortable with super clean/new bathroom. Homemade breakfast breads and jams! Close to all the sites and main square. Wish I could have spent more time there but will go back someday!

A wonderful stay in a fascinating town. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast varied daily with fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese and a great range of breads, cakes and biscuits made by Lia. Home made jams too, including cumquat - what a treat! There is a sunny terrace on the top floor that is ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We would love to return to this haven.

We were welcomed the moment we arrived and escorted to a beautifully renovated room. The accommodations were first class. Leigha went above and beyond for our breakfast taking care of our gluten-free needs by baking several fresh cakes. It was the best European breakfast we had on our 2 week journey. Beautiful, welcoming, peaceful place in the heart of Assisi. The husband and wife proprietors renovated the building that is Portico 10. It’s on a Roman foundation. Rooms are magnificent. Breakfast was all home made - breads and pastries. The hotel captures the spirit of medieval Assisi with 21st century amenities.

Room was really nice, very clean, and modern decor. Wonderful owners, very friendly and accommodating. No elevator but was not an issue for me. Owners helped carry luggage. Great location in Assisi… halfway up the hill and located next to great shopping and easy to get to all the churches. If coming by train best to take a taxi for front door drop off. Owners provided me with the contact information for a local taxi driver. Great breakfast with homemade bake goods and eggs to order :)

The B and B is exceptional! Unbelievable! Best place we have stayed in during our trip ! The host carmines and Lea are wonderful and so talented in all they do ! Having renovated the space together ! So clean so modern and comfortable the breakfast was amazing all homemade cakes and jams very very good ! The area is hilly just be aware but what a holy and beautiful little town We will go back just to stay here again !

Portica10 is a lovely modern B&B located very close to the Piazza del Comune and the tourist info centre. We stayed for two nights and found the facility extremely clean and comfortable. The owners Carmine and Leah were very pleasant to deal with and were very accomodating. Breakfast was excellent and featured Leah’s fresh baked scrumptious cakes and pastries. We would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Assisi
