The room was ok. It was clean but the room i stayed at didn't have hot water. I didn't realize till the morning tho when i wanted to take a shower before work. I will admit that a maintenance guy knocked on the door the day before asking if something was wrong and at that time i didn't know the hot water didn't work. Also the lamps kept flickering on and off

Terrible experience!!! Paid for room and rude guy at desk said he didn’t see my reservation when I showed him receipt! Room was on 3rd floor! Night lamp on table had shortage! Roach came out on wall at 4am! Blind on room window was torn and had holes in blinds. No soap in bathroom. Bed had me itching!!! And leaving the steps crumbled underneath my feet leaving 3rd floor outside! This place is not safe and the kept $5 of my $30 deposit!!!! Will never book this place again!!!! Outdated place in terrible condition and rude receptionist!!!

I'd rather sleep in my car
On arrival, it took 20 minutes to get the key after waiting for people to buy things at the bodega that is also the front desk. Hotel is very run down. Once we got to the room, we noticed the door wasn't aligned well.There was a quarter inch gap at the bottom letting light in. Less than half a roll of toilet paper and a single shampoo packet the size of a ketchup pack. Only one towel. Lots of noise from other guests/tenants throughout the night. Then at 4am someone started beating on the door. After a minute they realized they were at the wrong room and started beating on the neighboring room. We went to leave at 5am to catch a flight and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to take the key and check us out. It was so bad we skipped showers because it didn't feel safe.

Roach infested hotel
The guy behind the counter took 20 minutes just to check us in. We get to our room and literally roaches everywhere. No toilet paper. Had to go back down to the main office to get toilet paper. The curtains don’t cover the window. They left a large portion of the window exposed to whoever walked by. The air conditioner worked but is loud as hell. Worst hotel ever!

They’ll keep your deposit”
Cheap hotel which is fine cause it’s cheap hotel prices, but they are keeping my deposit for “linen damage” I knew they were gonna do it too. When checking in he tried to “give” me an upgrade then sneak in that it would be extra.

Do Not Stay
No room cleaning, no wifi, BIG BUGS IN THE ROOM, racist staff, tacky security. If you have to work you won’t get any sleep it’s noisy. A lot of police activity goes on at this hotel. if you have to stay here be prepared with your own towels, cleaning products and maybe something to protect yourself. Do not trust this place.

Where do I start first thing I see when I walk in the room is a roach on the wall then several more the air vents were DIRTY the room didnt have a working smoke detector I used the microwave the heat up my food and it tripped the power in the room comeplety there were more roaches in the bathtub so i didnt take a shower more roaches crawled out at nite this place was truly disgusting i wld suggest taking this property off yalls website

Roaches!!!!
Full of Roaches. Went to check in. Multiple people asking for refund due to roaches. We never even checked in. And the hotel denied refund. Even tho we never EVER CHECKED IN

Wi-Fi not available in room. No hot water. No soap. No coffee available. Cats and dogs as pets right outside the doors and on stairs. Animal droppings all over. I was afraid to sleep under the sheets for fear of bed bugs.

They charge me a " Deposit", that they did could not explain why, just they that "deposit" should be returned to my account after the check-out. Is more than 7 days that I checked-out and I didn't receive back that "deposit", looks like was just an excuse to make an extra charge with no reason. I tried to call the hotel several times but the people who answered the phone "don't know about the deposits" and they said that I have to call back in other time. I'm VERY DESAPPOINTED with the hotel service.

There are issues
It is a cheap option for a couple of days. The bed was nice and comfortable. Do not leave food out there are bugs and the air conditioner does not cool the room down unless you block air from leaving out of the room
