Great room and facilities!
Our stay was mostly great. the room was beautiful and the pool/exercise area was clean and comfortable. The one issue was our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm (one hour after check-in started. The staff quickly got our room cleaned so it ended up being about a 20 minute delay before we got into the room.

It was fine, but just fine. You have to pay for parking. The beds are hard. We had a view of a roof. Buffet was overpriced so buy the breakfast package or plan on something else. Pool floor is dirty.

The hotel room was was clean but....
Heater in the room was loud. Kept me up all night. I tried to turn it off but it just kept on running no matter what I did. There were parents with kids there and they let their kids play street hockey in the hall for hours as well. very loud and annoying.

I have stayed here many times. Great location. Close to Merrimack outlets and mall of NH. Everything was great except the heater makes a lot of noise. Fan runs even when it’s off. Bring earplugs! I’ll be back!

Beautiful comfortable hotel!
Beautiful hotel, easy walking to many fun bars and restaurants. The SNHU arena is very close as well. The room was great, clean amd comfortable!! The hotel bar was fun, and we also enjoyed the indoor pool. Parking was easy and affordable. Great breakfast buffet.
