Great all inclusive
Beautiful resort and amazing rooms. Great food. Service was hit or miss - we rarely got drinks and often had to request cutlery and coffee in the morning. Snorkling was amazing and overall it was great. we will be back!

Decepción absoluta
El hotel es muy pequeño, de áreas comunes sólo tiene la alberca y los camastros todos encimados. El baño olía terrible, lo reportamos y lo arreglaron pero al día siguiente segúa oliendo. Les falta mucho personal de servicio en los restaurantes. y la gente del front desk y relaciones públicas en lugar de ser los que te den apoyo y te hagan sentir bienvenido, son los peores. Nunca volvería a un Palace Hotel ni los recomiendo. Tuvimos un problema con una reservación y en lugar de ayudarnos hicieron todo lo posible por perjudicarnos, cero criterio de la gente y mucha prepotencia-.

Nada que ver con las fotografías, no tenía playa y la alberca estaba casi en la calle, siento que las fotos muy engañosas, sin embargo fueron tan amables que nos ofrecieron permita para irnos a Playa del Carmen. Overall, the stay was great. However, we had a very disappointing experience with booking an excursion through the hotel. We had planned a snorkel trip over three reefs but after arriving to the marina and waiting for almost two hours the boat never showed up. We were told to go back to the resort and had to demonstrate that we were in the correct place (which we absolutely were) to get a refund. We had met the owners of the tour company at the marina and they told us to wait where we were for the boat but it never showed. We lost the day we had planned and the lost opportunity costs with a thoughtfully planned vacation with family were not replaced. Especially because vacation days are not always easy to come by, this was particularly frustrating and disappointing.

The hotel it’s perfect for family with kids. The pool it’s ok, not too big not too small. The amenities are a little bit old, but overall it’s was great hotel for our vacation. It’s our third visit to Cozumel palace and it remains a great place . The staff is the best part, Javier and Giovanni in the lobby bar made every night fun. I understand the property is planning a renovation soon. We looked at one of the new rooms and it looks amazing.

Unlimited ocean experience for free like paddle board, snorkel, and canoe. I love that there were professional photographer on-site for ocean experience and on land. The fee for the professional photographer in the ocean session was very affordable for all the digital photos. The land photos were very pricey. The service was exceptional. The food in the different restaurants onsite were great except the Italian restaurant was ok. The hotel was a little outdated but still clean. The was no sandy beach access just the ocean for the free activities above. Over all, it was a fantastic experience!!!!

The staff is amazing. The restaurants were all great. We did not have a sing bad meal and really en it needing to make reservations for any of the restaurants. Ivan at Bouganvilia’s restaurant was awesome and the staff there were so very pleasant. Raul and the bartenders at the pool were also great. Overall, my family and I go to Cozumel several times a year and were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved the resort. The only thing missing is a sandy beach, but everything else made up for that. We’ll be back for sure.
