Only one working elevator, the service one...
Multiple elevators did not work. Had a non-fire emergency happened that night dozens of patrons might've been injured or worse. When a friend of mine asked to speak to somebody about the unsafe conditions that having only one working elevator in a 14 story hotel posed she was dismissed. I wish I hadn't spent a cent at that hotel.

Great location for business travel
Wonderful service, nice hotel and staff. Location is a little less than ideal, but the uber/lyft service is easy. I would definitely stay again for a business related travel.

Grotesque Carpets, No Shower Curtain
Carpets are disgustingly stained everywhere, seemed like there was zero attempt at any kind of cable management, there wasn't a plastic/rubber curtain liner in the shower there was literally only a cloth drape so when taking a shower the curtain was SOAKED and dripping all over the floor. The soaps/shampoos smell TERRIBLE and intensely strong, and I left a pair of shorts behind and called the front office 2 times, no one picked up and no one returned my call. AVOID this place at all costs.

I have stayed here before and it was a good stay except for the elevator was down. However, this time I was placed on one of the lower floors and the floor itself was disgusting. There were stains everywhere and I am not sure if they are planning to remodel but it was such a difference from the room I stayed in before.

The check in staff was great but when I went to my room it was still getting cleaned. I waited because it was no big deal but the cleaning lady asked if it was my room then said it wasn’t ready yet and to go back down. I went back down and was told it was good. Once I went back to my room a gentleman with a dolly walked into my room and about 10 minutes later another women walked into my room. They both did not knock and luckily my wife or I were not showering or anything.

The staff were really nice, the place is “modern” with a nice enough lobby but the room itself was a little rundown for the price point. Nice furniture and bed but the carpet has stains and the shower had empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. I did like that they had a water dispenser next to the ice maker. The area around the hotel is a bit rough and I’d recommend avoiding walking down Mission when possible, especially alone at night.
