"It is a "normal" Ramada hotel. Everything you would expect in any other country. It's new and very clean. There is a restaurant on-site that serves dinner and breakfast buffet. The biggest inconvenience is the location. It's located next to the highway and suits well those who decided to make a stop while traveling. "This hotel is very much in the ‘faded grandeur’ class, which is what we liked. The room was huge (a suite with 2 rooms actually) but the main drawback was the tiny bathroom with a shower which indeed leaked, although there was a squeegee and a handy drain. No mosquito protection but luckily we didn’t see any. Breakfast in a very pleasant courtyard. Friendly dog and beautiful affectionate cat. Nice staff, not much English spoken so don’t rely on them for planning trips or transport, etc. Air...

"It was a novelty to stay in such a traditional-style house. For what we paid, it was very comfortable and had great service. The breakfast was really nice, and we loved the courtyard. The owner offered us a small dish of kofta and rice, which was delicious!

"Welcoming receptionist who was charming and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of town, close to lots of good places to eat. The museum is opposite and you can walk to the two sets of archeological sites if you wish as we did.
Inside the hotel we slept well on comfortable beds. Bathroom was good.
