We enjoyed our time! The staff was on top of things. I felt safe in the neighborhood. They helped with taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and were extra stocked with what we all needed.

I have traveled to dozens of countries and countless hotels , and I will say this, This is easily one of the cleaniest and most comfortable room I have stayed in. My entire Trip to Rwanda had me speechless, amazing country , and the stay at NDARU played a great part. On my second night I was so tired from a safari I wanted to do room service , the front desk manager Godfrey came up knocked on my door and told me about the free show with local songs and dancing they were having in hotel. Stayed here for 8 nights and the experience was very positive. The staff are helpful and gracious especially for a long stay like ourselves. The breakfast is hearty, don't forget you can get eggs to order! The rom is a good size for 2 people sharing. Location you can walk to multiple coffee shops and cafes, and is quiet. Hotel is great to provide access to local drivers/taxis and I recommend getting the number of a few drivers so that you can be picked up or other activities.

This hotel was beautiful, the service excellent, and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. This is a historical hotel which was a victim/and witness to the genocide of 1994. And yet they have carried on and risen above the horrific events of that time; and have turned this hotel into the beautiful place it is. There is a plaque at the front of the hotel commemorating the hotel staff that had been killed during this time of genocide. God bless these people for their...

Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....
