"When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. "theoretically, the hotel is pet-friendly and the bowls in front of the reception desk were empty and unwashed for 2 days. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed for breakfast and the problem is that they bark in the room.
Bar: whysky sour served without protein (I can understand it) but the recipe didn't include Angostura - it's one of the basic ingredients, and the bartender was surprised.
There are also positives: very nice cleaning service, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, fantastic...

Lighting was not great, closet was too small and had too few hangers - also they were the attached kind so difficult to use.
