"we stayed in the eastwood suite, it was wonderful, it is street side so if you are a light sleeper, you can hear cars sometimes when theyre reving, but we had NO problems sleeping with the adjustable bed, it was so comfortable and nice to sit and watch tv with. spacious!!! could do cartwheels! kitchen was fully equipped, useable and if i really had to complain, my only ask would throw in some salt and pepper or a spice, but thats so dumb to complain about, all is super readily available with in the area. staff was beyond wonderful, making sure we were comfortable and always making sure if we needed anything, loved the simplicity of everything here. i really also enjoyed sitting outside, they have outside activities like baggo/corn-hole , large dice ect with such a beautiful view of the bridge, i have to stay, i dont think ill stay anywhere else in houghton/hancock besides this place in my future visits! "

"Breakfast had several choices. Good yogurt, omelets and some hot food choices. Beds were comfortable, rooms were roomy and the pool and hot tub were great for the kids. "

"Everything was fantastic at this location. The staff were always kind and cheerful. They had recommendations for food or coffee when you asked and a sheet available at the desk too. There isn’t an elevator but the man at the desk helped me get a heavy item up to my room without my asking. It was all very clean and the kitchen supplies was well thought out. It even had a countertop with electric burners i didn’t expect. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Houghton. "
