The only complaint would be the air conditioner, which was very noisy and woke me up every time it went on. We complained the first night of our 3 night stay, but no changes were made. "The Coast has been our 'go to' for the past 20 years when we have come to Victoria (almost annually). Phenomenal location. Room was incredibly beautiful - the view was the best we have ever experienced. Wonderful service. The only negative was 1 elevator was down so the wait time was sometimes long. We took the stairs (and on the 10th floor, that was a sweat!) However, would always come back 100% everytime. Location, location, location! (And the hotel is rooms were beautiful.)"
