Esperienza corretta, ma non eccezionale. Qualche particolare lentezza tipicamente sudamericana, ma nel complesso accettabile. Ha prenotato per noi due visite guidate, belle e in linea con quanto offre il posto. Ha un servizio lavanderia molto utile. A 10 minuti dal centro. Non proprio dei fulmini di guerra, nel complesso nella media.

Pro: The staff was very helpful . Con: The location was a little furthur from centre. The rooms were cold and not insulated. There was no blankets provided and we had to ask for them The breakfast was very basic.

We stayed one night at the Big Bang hostel before our departure for our W-Trek in Patagonia. 5-10mins walk from the bus station which was key for our early departure to Patagonia, Pudeto. The Staff, the two brothers, their wifes and kids were amazing to us. They helped us book our returnung fights and stored extra bags we didn't need for the trek at the hostel despite not coming back to stay at the hostel after our séjour in Patagonia. They offered a hot shower the day we arrived before making it to the aeropuerto de Punta Arenas. However, "laundry facility" is offered on their website but to be striclty used by staff. My load cost me 5,000 pesos but was clean, dry, folded and ready within a couple hours. I, 10/10, recommend this hostel to anyone coming through Puerto Natales!!

Good tidy place it some minor things that I did not like. First, the image and the initial feeling that I got when I booked the room is that I will have an entire room, and not stay in a shared room. But that was mostly me not reading the full description. The most annoying thing was that whoever stays on the top beds don’t have enough room because of the very low ceiling. If you book this type of thing here, make sure you stay on the bottom beds. Otherwise good breakfast and clean place.
