Had a really great time in this property. It is well-decorated/designed, the staff is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The neighborhood is very quaint and cute and the mall nearby is helpful in case you need anything. The cafe next door is very charming! Would highly recommend!

They have no way to communicate before arriving. I had a very difficult time finding the place.

I won't repeat this experience again.
When I tried to locate the place I had a hard time. The picture of the facade of Coyotito Beds is not the one that appears on Hotels.com I tried to call the phone number they emailed me with the confirmation of the reservation but my call was automatically sent to a voicemail. I was almost out of hope when I saw a patron that was entering the place. I won't repeat the experience.

Buena ubicación. Un hotel diferente y a buen precio. Pero es un poco desconcertante hacer check in luego de las 8pm; solamente insistiendo con los empleados vía mensajería obtienes respuesta. La cercanía de la ruidosa, sucia y olorosa estación del metro no ayuda nada. Buena opción para estar ahí una noche.

Yo reservé Coyotito pero cuando llegué me dijeron no había habitación y me dieron en Portal San Ángel. Muy linda la decoración y concepto. Buena ubicación. Sólo tienen tv abierta. Le podrían invertir casi nada para mejorar eso.
