Quiet green location with excellent off street parking within walking distance of Ponsonby shops and a very short drive to the CBD

We stay here last week. The property is not good. Seems like the property is not well managed. there's no air-conditioning, the electric fan isn't functioning well, so it's very hot, the Upstair toilet door was broken.
