A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL
This hotel was most horrible compared to other hotel facilities I have ever visited at the Coast.Neglected service and the staff do not seem to understand what they are supposed to do!Except for the lady from the main hotel who seem to understand what customer care is,the others are just passengers.On two occasions,the beddings I used were not changed because even the towel was dirty but was left for my use.Bathing soap you are given 3 pcs to last for 6 days.If the lady-Catherine from the main Mei Hotel could be given supportive staff who understand the hotel industry customer care needs,then the hotel performance rating may improve.Breakfast is not included in daily charge pack instead of charging separately and very exorbitantly!There good hotel that have decent and clean rooms who charge kshs.2000 PER NIGHT WITH BREAKFAST AND THE STAFF ARE WELL TRAINED ON HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS.I do not imagine staying in this hotel again unless there are drastic changes made on staff and customer service.I had a nasty experience and I only stayed there because I had paid in full in advance.The hotel is deserted by customers because it is neglected in terms of customer care ,lack of well- trained hotel staff and service. provision.Why cant the hotel prepare food for residents instead of them going out of the hotel to look for meals.?.WIFI was unreliable.No wadrobes for clothes,No writing table!
