Lovely stay as a couple to celebrate my 63rd birthday. Made to feel very welcome, very knowledgeable & yummy homemade brownies on arrival & tasty breakfast each morning. Parking outside property and walking distance into village, pubs, cafes etc. We will return.

The hosts Chris & Jane were excellent and couldn’t do enough for their guests, the property was in a quiet residential neighbourhood but close to all amenities. The beds were top quality and the breakfasts exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay. Great hosts, really friendly and very helpful. Fernleigh is on a nice quiet street. A couple of good pubs just round the corner. The owners even mòved their car so we could tuck our motorbike on the drive. Would recommend without question. Oh,and a first class breakfast with proper tea!

What an amazing place, from the warm welcome , and homemade brownies!! warm bedroom ,lovely crisp white bedding, comfortable bed and excellent pillows. we loved the tasty breakfast, and the sweet antique crockery it was served on . A Merry Outing
The stay was great we arrived at 3 and were greeted by the very friendly owner who then showed us our room . The room was lovely with en-suite shower room and small study where we had tea coffee and cans of pop in the fridge accompanied by chocolate, this wax a vey nice touch. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The morning after we had a lovely breakfast with locally sourced items which were delicious. We would definitely stay here again should we go back to Robin hoods bay ..

Check in very good. Property clean and well kept. Stairs to rooms but not too steep or narrow. No parking so if you find one on the road outside you should grab. Otherwise parking in the station car park but it will cost you. Close to the town with good access to local bus services. Breakfast really good. You need to book for the local restaurants or you will end up eating at the Gloucester, which is not very good.

Chris and Jane were amazing hosts! Very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Their beautiful guesthouse is one of the nicest placest we've ever stayed. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and included everything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious! Freshly cooked to order, using very high quality produce....just exquisite.
