تم الحجز عن طريق البرنامج وتم خصم المبلغ فيزا واشعاري بتمام عملية الحجز وتعذر موظف الفندق واخبرني بطلب استعادة المبلغ بطريقتي وتنكر كل شيء ووضعني واسرتي في موقف محرج وفي وقت ليل ومتعبين من السفر حتى وجدت فندقا آخر في نفس الليلة.
