Disappointing that the children's play park advertised on the hotel page is actually the rasthof off site. The gym available was actually only 1x cross trainer and 1x bike. The rooms are small and cramped with no air conditioning. Breakfast was good and parking convenient.

No a/c, full of bugs, I asked for a change of room because I killed at least 1 cockroach and 2 spiders. The next day, I decided to sleep in, I traveled with my 9 yr old daughter and placed a "do NOT disturbe sign on the door". We had jet lag. However Jazmin from the front desk knocked on my door and asked me to leave the Hotel that check out was at 11am and it was 1pm But I explained to her I paid in advance via expedia for two days!!!!! She says "wake up and come to front desk", (no one spoke good english) So I immediately dressed up and show her with my phone with everything paid. And she said, "oh is because our system is not working and I couldn't see who was inside" SO NOT professional!! she mentioned she did not know we had a change of room either. Although Teresa & Mike were very nice. I would not ever recommend this hotel. If you are planning to go to Europa park. Taxi will cost you $26 euros each way. You will be better staying at the other hotels promoted in expedia, they are walking distance!

Quand nous sommes arrivés .le personnel à la reception ne parlait pas français.. Le montant de mon séjour avait déjà été débité dans la journée avant même la récupération de la clef de chambre.Je n avais pas réservé le déjeuner vu que c'était à choix... il m a été compter aussi dans la facture ... je pense pas y revenir. Came into the reception after a long drive, and met the sweetest receptionist of all time, Roxana, she had a radiance that most other hotels should be envious of, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, good location and good parking possibilities, I have 150 hotel overnight stays a year, and would probably say that this reception at a reception surpasses all other check-ins, thank you, continue to be who you are, you make the big difference between a good or bad experience, best regards 204 and 206

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Alles recht simpel, Frühstück etwas durcheinander, Personal wirkt überfordert, vermutlich wird hier an Personalkosten gespart. Sie wirken nicht sehr happy. Dann lieber 10 Euro mehr für das Zimmer verlangen und Mitarbeiter nicht ausbrennen. Vor allem wenn der mutmassliche Besitzer mit dem dicksten Benz vorfährt und seine Zigarre genüsslich pafft. Hinterlässt leider keinen tollen Eindruck. War bereits bei meinem ersten Besuch so... Micromanagement ist veraltet... schade, dass das noch nicht jeder verstanden hat.

Tyvärr liten unken lukt på rummet men öppnade fönstret. Trevlig personal. Bra frukost. Lätt att ta sig till hotellet från autobahn. Tog betalt för icke inhägnad parkering men lyckades förhandla bort det då vi bor på samma hotell 4 ggr om året, till o från Spanien.
