After we checked in, we noticed there were no towels. We called the reception and the lady informed us in a very blasè fashion that there are no towels. We figured it would be available in the morning and when we called in the morning, we were told that towels won't be available till 11 AM, which would have been our checkout time.
My husband went down later to speak to the manager and she gave him some towels and when we brought to our room we noticed that it had hair and stains. So she just folded dirty towels and gave it to us.
When we went down to talk to the lady (she is the AGM), instead of being apologetic for our whole experience, she was rude.
There were other issues....The person at checkin was unfreindly, to say the least. The room temperature was 81 degrees when we walked in, and it took all night to bring it to a reasonable temperature. But not having any towels and then trying to give us used towels, is totally unacceptable. If they have complete disregard for basic service and cleanliness, what else are they compromising on....are the bedding and sheets even washed?!
